ConfirmKaro is not a pharmacy
We provide software so patients can search, confirm availability, and collect medicines at independent licensed stores. We do not manufacture, procure, store, ship, or sell medicines ourselves.
Platform scope
ConfirmKaro currently focuses on pharmacy discovery. Additional neighbourhood categories may be added later. Our role is to facilitate discovery, stock confirmations, and communication—not to complete the sale of medicines on our own account.
Pharmacy is responsible for the sale
Each listed pharmacy is solely responsible for:
- Valid drug licences and regulatory compliance
- Verifying prescriptions where required
- Stock levels, substitutes, and pricing
- Preparing and handing over medicines
- Product quality, expiry, and authenticity
Availability information
Stock and price information comes from pharmacy partners and can change quickly. A pickup request does not guarantee fulfilment until the pharmacy confirms it. Always verify final details with the store before travelling, especially for urgent needs.
No clinical services
ConfirmKaro does not provide medical advice, emergency care, or teleconsultation. For emergencies, contact local emergency services or visit a hospital immediately.
Intermediary status
ConfirmKaro operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We connect users and pharmacies but are not a party to the underlying purchase of medicines.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ConfirmKaro is not liable for pharmacy errors, unfulfilled pickup requests, adverse health outcomes, delivery arranged directly with a store, or losses from reliance on platform information. Use of ConfirmKaro is at your own discretion.
Regulatory position
ConfirmKaro is a technology discovery service. It is not an e-pharmacy engaged in online sale or nationwide distribution of medicines from a central inventory.
