Pharmacy partner standards

Before a store can join ConfirmKaro, we review:

1. Licence & identity Active retail drug licence, registered business name, and a verifiable store address—we onboard real shops, not anonymous listings.
2. Business registration GST or other applicable registration checked so partners operate as legitimate local businesses.
3. Manual review Our team verifies documents and store details before the pharmacy goes live. Listings can be suspended if standards are not maintained.

How ConfirmKaro protects patients

• You choose which pharmacy to visit—no hidden warehouse fulfilment
• You pay the pharmacy's shop price; ConfirmKaro does not add a patient markup at launch
• You can message the store about substitutes, timing, or prescription questions before visiting
• Pharmacies prepare orders knowing you are on the way, reducing wasted trips

Our legal role

ConfirmKaro connects patients and pharmacies as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Medicine availability data is entered by partner pharmacies; we do not independently audit every shelf in real time. If information looks wrong, contact the pharmacy or report it to us.
